Rebound Rebel is an interval-driven, safe, effective, and FUN low-impact workout performed on a Bellicon Rebounder (A.K.A. a bungee suspension, mini trampoline). This is the 30-minute long, interval-driven 'sister' to our 701 Bounce class. Although upbeat music paired with rhythmic exercise still drives the class, less focus is paid to learning choreography. We simply GET TO TOWN with a quick and dirty system of cardio grooves broken up with lower cardio conditioning. Come find your inner rebel!
