Soul Barre: This class is designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone every major muscle group through exercises on and off the Barre. Come ready to sweat (and have fun!) as we transition through small, sculpting moves and low impact exercises. Hand weights and props may be added throughout this total body workout, but are always optional. We’ll reset your body by ending with a deep, relaxing stretch to refuel your soul.
Barre Haven: We slow the pace down with this restorative barre flow class to focus on lengthening the body and increasing flexibility while improving your posture and overall body balance. The low impact exercises will engage all major muscle groups, and the restorative stretch at the end will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
Barre Sculpt: The classic foundation of Barre combined with cardio intervals and mat core work. This class utilizes high intensity interval training (HIIT), which has been proven to burn fat faster than sustained endurance training. All major muscle groups are targeted, including arms, thighs, seat, and core. All fitness levels are welcome. With sculpting sequences and rad music, this class is a fun & effective way to burn fat and build muscle strength.
