SOUL HAVEN SQUAD
Megan Grad
As an HR professional, Megan has always been drawn to the personal development of others. She is thrilled to be in an environment that supports others on their journey to build meaningful relationships while reaching their fitness goals, all with a few laughs along the way! In her role as Studio Director you won’t see her leading a class (maybe someday!), but she’ll be there on the mat beside you. Outside the Studio, Megan has a love for traveling, biking, gardening (as in she picks the plants and her hubby, Jesse, does the rest), and shopping. She can’t wait to see you at Soul Haven Studio!
Emily Sullivan
Emily moved to Bismarck for school at the University of Mary and found Soul Haven through an internship program. She fell in love with the atmosphere and the friendships that came with it! If you’re looking for help with social media or graphic design, she’s your girl! If she’s not making making TikToks or chatting at the front desk, you can find her cuddling with her toy poodle, Norman, or watching The Office with her boyfriend, Cooper!
Kelly Hoeven
Kelly Hoeven has been practicing yoga and barre for over ten years and has always had a passion for health and fitness. She and her sister, Megan Grad, and Mom, Jolene Muscha, opened Soul Haven Studio in May 2019. “We wanted to create a space to build community through fitness.” The studio is really her second home, and she loves seeing all of the yogis that walk through its doors. Kelly holds a 200hr RYT certification, barre certification through Barre Variations, Primal Flow by Buti® Yoga, and a Yoga Sculpt certification from Lindsay Masset’s training method. Off the mat, Kelly loves adventuring with her husband Jack and three sons, Rhett, Dane and Liam (and dog, Miko!) Their favorites includes hiking, kayaking, camping, gardening and enjoying a day on the river. Join her on the mat for a fun and sweaty workout!

Cassie Kemmer
Cassie is a mama of two littles, wife, and RN with a passion for health and fitness! She found her love for fitness after becoming a mama. Her first yoga class was a prenatal class and she instantly became hooked. She loves a variety of classes, but you can find her heart at the barre! Cassie received barre certification in 2020. Off the mat she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She particularly loves retail therapy, the outdoors with her family, and crafting with girl friends!
Sam Rudolph
Samantha’s journey with yoga began when she was in college. At first, she was drawn to the physical benefits of yoga. Over time, she continued to attend classes at yoga studios and found there was so much more to this practice. Yoga is a moving meditation for Samantha. She loves the connection of mind, body, spirit and breath. Eventually her journey led her to get her 200 RYT from Transitions School of Yoga in 2020. She is passionate about her practice and loves sharing it with others. Helping people connect with their breath, mind, body and spirit fills Samantha’s heart with joy. She enjoys taking her physical practice outside in the sun when the weather allows. She loves the heat and believes she might have been a lizard in a former life. She also loves any kind of movement, reading, spending time with family and friends and loving on her significant other.
Emily Seebold
Emily began her yoga practice in Detroit Lakes, MN in 2014 and not until 2016 in Grand Forks, ND did she fall in love with all things yoga. Emily began her teaching journey as a sculpt instructor and then began her 200RYT in 2019 through Namaste School of Yoga in Grafton, ND. You’ll find Emily teaching Soul Restorative, Soul Power, Soul flow, and yoga sculpt. Emily’s teaching emphasizes alignment based form flow cues to stretch and strengthen the body in a full spectrum class. When Emily isn’t taking all the classes at Soul Haven she enjoys cooking (but not doing the dishes), listening to Taylor Swift and hanging out with her Frenchie, Butters!
Mariah Edland
Mariah grew up in a small North Dakota town and moved to Fargo after she graduated to pursue her love for Cosmetology. In 2010, she graduated from The Salon Professional Academy and began her career as a Cosmetologist. She moved to Bismarck in 2012 and now works at a local salon. Mariah fell in love with all things yoga in 2014. After doing plenty of yoga at home, she finally decided to attend her first class and was hooked! Between the movement, the breath, that amazing “clear mind” feeling after a class, the challenge, and the full body workout she realized that this practice was going to be her thing. In late 2018, Mariah decided she wanted to pursue her other found love of yoga and become an instructor. She completed her Yoga Sculpt training in January of 2019 under the instruction of Lindsay Masset and cannot wait to share this fun and challenging practice with all of you! Mariah also became certified in Buti Yoga, Buti Deep, and Primal Flow in early 2020. Join her at the studio to try these amazing formats!

She found yoga in 2014 following an injury from a deployment and started teaching in 2020. Brandi is a veteran and currently still serving in ND Army National Guard. Brandi works full-time as a licensed therapist in Bismarck. You can usually catch her on the mat next to you as a student when she's not teaching a class.
