This 50-minute workout maximizes your time by giving you the best muscle-toning, core-strengthening, cardio-pumping, cellulite busting fitness class in the world; all from an elegantly simple device designed to help you lose weight, boost your overall health and ENJOY working out!
Bounce Up & Flow Down: Bounce cardio to raise the heat (+ that heart rate...hello calorie burner) then a yoga flow to slow it down & stretch it out! This full body workout starts off with 20 mins on the rebounder followed by 40 mins of yoga...it's the combo you didn't know you needed!
Just Jump: Love moving to the beat but want a low-impact workout without all the yoga? Look no further than this chill Bellicon Rebounder class! The music here is slower than Rebound Rebel, there’s no choreography to memorize like in 701 Bounce, and there’s no pauses for yoga breaks like in YinBound or Revolve. In Just Jump, we use a prop to gently chisel the core, back, and upper body muscles. In addition, every bounce you take is designed to get the heart pumping, the fat burning, and the body detoxifying. Your stamina and core stability will improve greatly by adding Just Jump into your weekly fitness routine. Forget about mastering complex bounce choreography or flowing thru dynamic yoga poses, it’s all about ‘just jumping'. So let’s pump up the jams and enjoy the cardio vibes with some low-intensity grooves and fun props – a guaranteed blissful sweat session is just one jump ahead.
Rebound Rebel: Rebound Rebel is an interval-driven, safe, effective and FUN low-impact workout performed on a Bellicon® Rebounder (A.K.A. a bungee suspension, mini trampoline). This is the 30-minute long, interval-driven ‘sister’ to our 701 Bounce class! Although upbeat music paired with rhythmic exercise still drives the class, less focus is paid to learning choreography. We simply get to town with a quick and dirty system of cardio grooves broken up with lower cardio conditioning. Come find your inner rebel!
Revolve.: Rebound. Evolve. Release. This bounce format is dynamic Yoga and jamming grooves on a rebounder, where music influences the movement with vigor and purpose. In this class you’ll utilize our Bellicon® mini trampolines organically in every way as you’re guided through compelling body movements, plyometric-cardio bursts, and healing and body-elongating stretches that rejuvenate + tone! The transitions between movements are fluid and the energy of this class will leave you sweaty and satisfied. This 50-minute party always closes with a savasana.
YinBound: YinBound is our most chill Rebounding class we offer. With just over 20 minutes of slower and simpler Rebounding grooves, peppered in between Yin yoga poses (longer held, gentle floor postures), this lymphatic system-focused class is designed to nurture the joints, alleviate stiffness, detox the body, and soothe the mind. If you're feeling in a "lazy Sunday" kind of mood but want to get the bones and blood moving a bit while stretching out soreness, this is the class for you! YinBound is completely perfect for beginners and hugely beneficial for seasoned yogis/bouncers. Each class will also close with a sweet savasana (final relaxation pose). *yoga mat is needed for class

We offer heated versions of various classes, both warm(85+) & hot (98+), that leave your practice feeling rejuvenated and cleansed.
