Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Buti Yoga isn't a workout; it's a chance to create, let go, connect and sweat with intention. Created by Dr. David Hill, and performed by Lindsay, this unique approach involves applying doTERRA essential oils to the back of the neck, hands, and feet in a specific sequence, and paired with tender massage techniques. This harmonious blend helps balance the nervous system, alleviate stress, and support overall health. Each mini session lasts 25 minutes, and beautifully combines the therapeutic power of essential oils with the comforting touch of human connection.

Class each week will focus on stretching and stabilizing a new specific muscle group(s). We utilize heavy prop incorporation for maximum comfort and ease. No previous yoga experience is required. Finding Zen on the River with Yoga & Meditation

Join us as we say farewell to August and hello to a studio collaboration with a yoga + meditation class. Jana Millner, from Soul Haven Studio, will lead us in Soul Power on the patio at The Paddle Trap (😍🤤 for those river views!) and Ashley Anne Hertz, from The Studio: Wellness Community of Mandan, will close class with a drumming meditation & sound bath!

What is Soul Power:
This class is designed to build strength and balance. Our instructor
will take you through a sequence of strength poses, each held longer to target and sculpt the specific muscle group.

What is Drumming Meditation:
This is an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote self healing and expression. The rhythm helps disengage the brain's awareness of outside activities and blocks their input. All while accelerating physical healing, boosting the immune system, and helping to reduce tension, anxiety, and stress.
