Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Join us as we say farewell to August and hello to a studio collaboration with a yoga + meditation class. Jana Millner, from Soul Haven Studio, will lead us in Soul Power on the patio at The Paddle Trap (😍🤤 for those river views!) and Ashley Anne Hertz, from The Studio: Wellness Community of Mandan, will close class with a drumming meditation & sound bath!

What is Soul Power:
This class is designed to build strength and balance. Our instructor
will take you through a sequence of strength poses, each held longer to target and sculpt the specific muscle group.

What is Drumming Meditation:
This is an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote self healing and expression. The rhythm helps disengage the brain's awareness of outside activities and blocks their input. All while accelerating physical healing, boosting the immune system, and helping to reduce tension, anxiety, and stress.

This class is an urban yoga methodology that combines power vinyasa yoga with cardio surges using unique and smooth transitions. 11:11 uses rad music to take you through 11 poses, 4 cardio bursts and 7 chakra openers with the entire class as a palindrome. In this class you’ll center yourself with balanced movement, free yourself through endorphin release and find confidence within yourself as your transform your mind and body in synchronization. We use musicality to synchronize our practice to the patterns within each song. Utilizing the power of combined energy to bring about transformation, release and intention.

This Vinyasa-style yoga class focuses on harmonizing breath with movement. Our instructor will lead you in a continuous flow where body, breath and mind are consciously synchronized, refined, and unified.

*Extra mats will not be available at this time so please feel free to bring your own or a blanket/towel for your practice.
