Soul Sweat
This full body HIIT (High Intensity Internal Training) workout combines cardio, plyometrics, and strength training moves in intervals to maximize results. Our instructor will lead you through bursts of higher intensity moves followed by active recovery breaks to allow your heart rate to come back down. This workout enables you to achieve results in improved muscle tone, fat burning, strength building, endurance, and cardio fitness. Another perk? You'll continue to burn fat up to 48 hours after your workout. True to its name, get ready to sweat!
