Join us outside the Capitol building as we celebrate Soul Haven turning one! This past year has been full of love + laughs + sweat, & we wouldn't be here without our fabulous community! So let's enjoy the weather & each other (at a safe distance of course) as Lindsay Masset leads us in Soul Flow with refreshments to follow!

This Vinyasa-style yoga class focuses on harmonizing breath with movement. Our instructor will lead you in a continuous flow where body, breath and mind are consciously synchronized, refined, and unified.

*Extra mats will not be available at this time so please feel free to bring your own or a blanket/towel for your practice.

*Non-members can use the "online drop-in rate" of $10 for this event!
