Join us on Black Friday for 90 minutes of flowing and relaxation led by Jana Millner! This heated, all levels class, will use breath to fuel us and movement will focus on heart opening yoga sequences to strengthen us mind, body, and soul! The guided meditation portion is geared to tap into our inner gratitude, to build roots into the present moment and grow from where we are today.
